My children are circumsized...

Yes, I have to admit. That both my boys are circumsized.

I am now writing about this topic because I am seeing that there is a big contraversy to ban "genital mutilation" or also known as circumcisiton. To me, Circumcision is a choice, not  mandatory. It is the parents choice of the baby to decide if the boy will be circumsized or not. People say that it tramatizes the child, however, both my children are perfectly fine, and heck, dont even remember it because they were just days old!

I know there will be some comments on this post about how I should not have done it, or how it's wrong. Well, guess what? it's NOT wrong. It's perfectly normal!

So, don't critisize me for having it done on my children, I dont critisize you for NOT doing it to yours.

 I believe that it should be a parental choice to whether it's done or not, and what the parents choose to do should NOT be critisized by others who chose to do the opposite.

Unfair Giveaway on Facebook BEWARE!

I entered a giveaway over at the Facebook Page Eliza Ann Collection  tonight/yesterday whatever you want to call it, it's 1am EST...

She posted the link, and I did as follows, it said "tell me what you did for mothers day for a chance to win. So I did. Then a few hours went by and I noticed I was the only one who commented at it was 10:00pm, and the post said the winner would be drawn at 9am EST. So, I commented asking if I had won since I was the only one who entered...

Upon further investigation, I saw that not only had she reposted the link, she didnt even include my entry that was on her original post!

I thought that most businesses played fair on facebook, and didn't do this. I didnt get a chance to win because she apparently felt that there was not enough entries and reposted it. That would have been all well and fine if she had included my entry, and she didn't! I'm not a sore sport, or a sore loser, but when I enter something, I expect to actually be entered, and not just blown off.

Here is my screen shot of my entry and the original post, and then of the post she posted after to get more entries. That's not fair to me since she couldnt even be bothered to tell me that she had posted a new link, and its not fair to my readers of my facebook who could have had the opportunity to win the item from me had I won it, and she didnt even care to enter me although I clearly entered!

This is the new one she didnt enter me into even if businesses do this, they should still include the entries together, not just "forget" about them...

It's snowing...AGAIN!

Well if the past 3 weeks of snowstorms isn't enough, we had to get thrown another HUGE snowstorm. I live in New England so I shuold not be complaining. But geez, enough snow already!

I have to be at work for 11pm tonight, and the roads are a nightmare. The only upside is that this is my last week on 11p-7am, and starting Monday 2/7 I will be on the 3p-11p shift! I am so excited!

Why Does This Church have my sons photos on their facebook??? Privacy issue!

My son Jacob attends Sanford First Baptist Church with his grandparents who will not let him come home to us. However, my son is NOT baptist, nor will he ever be as long as he is under 18. I may not have guardianship of my son because of their lies, but I still have parental rights, which means that I have to give my permission for my sons photos to be used.

Now, I probably would not have had an issue if I was approched and asked about it. I would have most likely said go for it, because even though my family is catholic, I have no problem with the baptist religion itself.

This is the point that my sons photos are advertising functions at a church without my permission. That is where I draw the line. I'm not going to put up a gigantic fuss about this. But it will be mentioned when the time comes. I saved the photos/ screenshots of them being on the churches facebook so I have the proof so if they take them down. Taking them down will do no good at this point.

Google Pagerank is a JOKE!

Did you know that Google Pagerank is a Joke??

Google decides their page rank by the opinion of the google employee that views it. How redicules is that? There is NO SYSTEM, there is NO REQUIREMENTS, THERE IS NO NOTHING!

Not only does it go on opinion, but it's only updated 4 times a year!

So, if the person who views blogs has a thing against moms, there goes all our stats! Or, if the person viewing our blogs has a bad day, there goes our rank too!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY that companies depend on this "Pagerank" it should be called "jokerank" because it is absolutely useless!

I think that google should come up with a system for their pagerank before people start protesting outside of google, because trust me it will happen!

But, on the flip side, The Boys Mama is no longer classified as N/A we are now a 0/10...is that much better? I certainly Hope so! since before we were N/A and now we are 0/10, that should make some difference although it still seems quite useless to me. Between GFC, Twitter, and Facebook and everything else we have over 500 followers, but yet these companies want our pagerank, I have seen booming blogs with 5000 followers, and a 0/10 pagerank.

Go ahead and "google" it, but it's true, there is NO system, and it's based on opinion.

Why?

Why is everything in this world so damn difficult, (excuse my language). I mean, you need to have THIS to get THAT, but you cant get THIS without having THAT!

One thing that has been bugging me since I went back to work is the whole, you need an ID to get a new SS card, but you need a SS card to get an ID. What is the way around this? I lost my wallet for like 3 days (yes the 3 days that mattered the most, during paperwork for hiring time). So I went to get the new SS card and they refused to even talk to me without an ID, so I went to go get a new copy of my drivers license and they said I needed my SS card to get a new one. SO THANK YOU MASSACHUSETTS! I spent 8 hours looking for my wallet...and guess what? It was in the last place I looked... ;-)

There toys are so amazing, durable, colorful, and fun for kids of all ages! They have everything you can think of for toys, outside toys, inside toys, pretend play toys, and well everything toys!

Let's start from the beginning...I have had (and still have) the Little Tikes Doll house from 1989!

Yes, I know, These are ancient! 21 years, I know that right off the top of my head because it was made the year I was born!

I also Still have even though they are stored at my moms house in the attic until I have a little girl of my own, The Doll furniture, yes, the big plastic pink furniture!

Hehehe! Oh I still love these and I can't part with them!

Little Tikes has given me 21 years of happiness, I can't believe that out of all of my childhood toys, this is all that I basically have left! I know these are big and bulky, but they are a classic!

I'll be continuing the tradition of Little Tikes with my kids too!

When I have a little girl, my girly toys will be passed on to her, but for now I have boys, and below is what I would LOVE to add to the collection for them!

Google admits its algorithm is opinion; but its decision process is dangerous

So does this mean that googles page rank system is based on a person's opinion?? So if the person searching doesn't like your website you dont get a rank?? so how can companies require you to have a google pr of 5 or higher?? How the hell is this fair??? Read on...
